From a class to the BackBone-team:

We´ve known each other half a year
and spent a lot of time down here
When first we met - how blue-eyed were we!
we thought we knew a few things - maybe ...
But merciless was Chiropractic!
And studies were our only tactic.
And so we learned through five modules
about the body and its rules:
We learned a lot of facts and theses
of LOC´s and strange diseases,
of hypothenar, subluxations,
of joints and movement correlations,
of gene response and sympathetics,
of TND and paresthetics,
of muscle movement reciprocal,
of pain, transferred and far, or local,
of vertebrae and lameness issues,
of voltage gates and various tissues...
To stuff our brains - this we can tell,
with all these things: that hurt like hell!!!
But after all, we smile and breathe
and thank you very much for this :-) We will miss you!!!

All references from here on are from veterinarians or DC´s who went through the program at the EAVC (European Academy for Veterinary Chiropractic), the first school offering thourough education in animal chiropractic in Europe and founded at first by Dr. Ines Wecker in 2003. After the dissolving of the EAVC in May 2005, the BackBone-Academy for Veterinary Chiropractic and Healing Arts is very proud about Dr. Pedro Rivera´s decision to continue teaching Veterinary Chiropractic together with the BackBone-Academy within the future.
